Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International shipping times vary by location but typically range from 10-21 business days. Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we offer a 30-day return policy on most items.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• All tags and labels must be attached
• Proof of purchase is required

How to Return

1. Log into your account and go to Order History
2. Select the order and click "Return Item"
3. Choose the reason for return and follow instructions
4. Print the prepaid return label
5. Package the item securely and attach the label
6. Drop off at any authorized shipping location

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
